Our Legacy
Founded in 1997, Universal Manufacturing began as a small shop with a big goal: to build something better through improved processes, higher-quality parts, and exceptional service. What started with a few machines and a commitment to craftsmanship has grown into a trusted name in machining and manufacturing, serving the oil and gas industry and beyond.
At Universal Manufacturing, leadership is built on experience, accountability, and a deep understanding of the work. Owners Jim Angelle and Joey LeBlanc lead from the shop floor, bringing decades of machining knowledge, practical problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to every stage of production. Their commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement helps drive the company forward while preserving the craftsmanship and values Universal was built on.
At Universal Manufacturing, machining is more than what we do, it’s who we are. Every part that leaves our shop reflects decades of skill, pride, and a constant drive to improve. By combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology, ongoing training, and a commitment to innovation, we continue to deliver precise, reliable solutions for the industries we serve. That passion is what pushes us to keep evolving, keep improving, and keep exceeding expectations.
